Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision Not lid plat with the easement and associated easements beingdrelocated in yellow. Also
attached are the legal descriptions of the lo line

We, CableOne, Inc. dba Sparklight, agree to the adjustment of the portions of the public utility easement
within the north side of lot 37 and south side of lot 36, Block 1 located in within Sky Mesa Subdivision in
Ada County Idaho. Adjustment consists of the vacation of 0.5 feet of the north side of utility easement
lot 37 block 1 and extending utility easement of 0.5 feet easement with the south side easement within
lot 36 block 1. Location additionally noted on attachments.
