To whom it may concern,
Intermountain Gas Company has no objection to the vacation of the 0.5 feet of the northly
utility easement that is on the common lot line of lots 36 and 37 Block 1 of the Sky Mesa
Highlands#1 Subdivision Located on S. Cubola Way, Boise, Idaho. We do not any gas
pipe in the easement and will not have a need for it in the future. Please send me a copy of
the final document vacation the easement for our records. Let me know if you have any
questions.
