This is to serve as notification that Boise Project has no issues of the vacation of the utility easement between
lots 36 and 37, Block 1, Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1 on behalf of New York Irrigation District and Boise-Kuna
Irrigation District. There are no irrigation facilities that are managed by the District's or Boise Project located in that
easement and will be none in the future.
