SUBJECT: CHIMNEY PEAK SUBDIVISION STREET FINISH CENTERLINE
ELEVATION STATEMENT
City of Meridian
We are in receipt of a geo-technical engineering report from Atlas dated January 17,
2023.
The report from Atlas indicates that seasonal high groundwater is anticipated to
remain at depth of greater than 9-feet below ground surface.
2 test pits were dug on the project site.The following identifies the relevant
elevations from the report and construction plans:
Existing ground Elevation Groundwater Elevation
Test Pit 1 2570 2561
Test Pit 2 2570 2561
The lowest design elevation of the common driveway is 2669.38.
Based on the above information the finish centerline elevations are set a minimum
of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation
