HomeMy WebLinkAboutCedarcreek Reiterman Agreement .~~---~~_.~-~~...,~ "-~--~~._~~~ RECEIVED JUL 1 8 2006 -- City of Meridian City Clerk Office LAND PRO CEDARCREEKlREITERMAN AGREEMENT This statement is to serve as a written agreement between Carl & Bonnie Reiterman and Centennial Development, LLC. · Centennial Development LLC offers the following: o Stub street with utilities (sewer, water, power, gas, phone, cable) to the Reiterman's property as is shown on Preliminary Plat dated 12121/05 and attached at exhibit aA" subject to city approval. o SO' strip of land on West side of Reiterman's property to be given to the Reiterman's in a lot line adjustment o Fence the North and East boundary of the Reiterman's property wlvinyl fencing consistent with what is being used in Cedarcreek Subdivision. 12' Gate to be installed at stub street o Tile the Bisby lateral across Reitennan's property subject to approval by Settlers Irrigation District. Improvements shall not be designed or constructed through any existing structures. o coordinate sidewalk across Reiterman property. o All Costs for construction & lot fine adjusbnent to be paid by developer. o Centennial will replace any sod and sprinklers that are removed during construction. Centennial will also replace, one for one, the trees that are taken out during construction. Any trees that die within a year of construction will be replaced, one for one - the replacement trees will be purcha$ed with &$ large a caliper as reasonably plantable without the use of a crane or tree spade and will be planted by the Reitermans. New trees will not be guaranteed or warrantied by Centennial Development . Cart & Bonnie Reitennan offers the following: o Allow irrigation and sidewalk easement across south property as required by ACHD and Settlers Irrigation District. o COOperation during fence removal and instaIation along North and East property lines; also during construction of Bisby lateral tiling and sidewalk installation. o Sign all documents for property boundary ine adjustment. easement agreements and any other documents needed to complete this agreement R .
