I, Shari Stiles, being duly sworn,upon oath, depose and say:
In compliance with Meridian City Code §11-5A-6.D, I did personally post the subject property on
the 14t" day of April 2023. The sign was posted for: Request for a reduction/variance of the
five-foot side setback for the east side of Lot 10,Block 8, due to a staking error which resulted
in the home being constructed one foot within the side yard setback. The request also includes
vacation of one foot of the side yard easement setback on the east side by Open Door Rentals
LLC.
