Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33
E.Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2022-0091 Linder Storage Condos:Annexation of 0.98
acre of land with an I-L(Light Industrial)zoning district and a
Vacation of the 30-foot wide easement along the east bound-
ary of the property,located at 300 N.Linder Rd.Applicant:EV-
