Chinden Blvd., Meridian, ID 83646 Conditional Use Permit Dear Ms. Allen: Bowman, serving as agent for Savory Development, LLC, would like to submit this narrative for the proposed SWIG restaurant to be located at 3471 W. Chinden Blvd., Meridian, ID 83646. The proposed 0.59-acre site is part of a 1.63-acre lot zoned as General Retail &Service Commercial (C-G) in the Lost Rapids Subdivision. W. Chinden Blvd. abuts the site to the north with Cosco Wholesale to the south. This project will have two (2) shared vehicular access points on W. Chinden Blvd. and one (1) shared vehicular access on N. Ten Mile Road. This project is known as SWIG Meridian, ID and is a proposed quick service restaurant with only drive-through service and no indoor or outdoor public seating. The one-story building is approximately six hundred and sixty-five square foot(665 SF) in area, sixteen (16)feet in height, and has seven (7) vehicular parking spaces. The hours of operation are as follows: Mondays—Thursdays: 7 am to 9:30 pm Fridays: 7 am to 10:30 pm Saturdays: 8 am to 10:30 pm Sundays: Closed There is no speaker box installed at the menu boards since SWIG staff walk up to the customers to accept orders prior to the drivers going to the pick-up window. The project will include installing landscape and irrigation adjacent to vehicle parking and dumpster enclosure areas. The restaurant serves sodas, cookies, and pretzels.
