W. Cherry Lane #15, Meridian, Idaho 83642 grants, conveys and warrants to THE KINGS
CONGREGATION, an Idaho unincorporated non-profit association("Grantee") whose mailing
address is 9301 N. Snaffle Bit Lane, Kuna, Idaho 83634 the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Ada, State of Idaho and more particularly described on EXHIBIT A
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein(the"Property").
To have and to hold the described property, together with all and singular tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances belonging to the property, or in anyway appertaining to the
property,and the reversion and reversions,remainder and remainders,rents,issues,and profits of
the property to Grantee,Grantee's heirs,and assigns forever.
Grantor, for Grantor and Grantor's heirs and assigns, hereby covenants with and to
Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised in fee simple of the l
described Property; that Grantor has a good right to convey said Property to Grantee; that the
described Property is-free from all encumbrances; that Grantor and Grantor's heirs, and all
persons acquiring any interest in the Property granted by,through, or for Grantor, on demand of
Grantee or Grantee's heirs or assigns will execute any instrument.necessary for the further
assurance of the title to the Property that may be reasonably required; and that Grantor and
Grantor's heirs will forever warrant the quiet and peaceable possession of such Property and will
defend Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns, against any and all persons lawfully claiming
the Property or any part thereof.
