HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Neighborhood Meeting Notice Neighborhood Meeting Notice Dear Resident, Prior to submittal of a development agreement modification, Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet and review modifying the existing development agreement for a 42,000 sqft church behind the existing facility,to a 7,200 sqft church behind the existing facility. This is not a public hearing,and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the Meridian City Planning Department. Purpose: To review Modifying existing Development Agreement that had a 42,000 sqft church. New Development Agreement will be for a church at approximately 7,200 sqft. The existing building will be retained in its existing condition and location. When: 2/16/2023 at 6pm Where: The Kings Congregation Church 1150 E Pienza St., Meridian Project Description: This project is located at 1150 E Pienza st, parcel number S1130120725. The project will add a new church building for Kings Congregational Church services. The existing parking lot will also be expanded within the site. The primary access to the site will be a newly added access from Barletta st. Access from Pienza st will remain.
