RE: Aumorization For Hopkins Financial Services, Inc. To Act As My Agent
To Whom It May Concem:
I, William Curtis, the owner and authorized agent of the 23.5-Acres most commonly
known as 826 Fairview Ave.; Meridian, Idaho 83642 have entered a Purchase and Sales
Agreement with Hopkins Financial Services, Inc. Thus, I authorize Hopkins Financial
Services, Inc. to perform the following:
I) I, William Curtis, authorize Hopkins Financial Services, lnc, to act as my agent
with the City of Meridian and any other governmental agency to submit
preliminary plat for approval for the potential development of this site.
2) I, William Curtis, authorize the City of Meridian and any other governmental
agency to withdrawal, revoke, and/or cancel the preliminary plat approval on the
stated property as of this date. In addition, I withdraw my original request for
annexation. -

3) [William Curtis, permit Hopkins Financial Services, Inc. to place no more than
twD (2) advertising signs on the property for the purposes of marketing the
potential project with their respective realtor. The signs are to be no greater than
12Ft. X 8Ft. in dimensions.
