PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,April 25,2023
at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
VAR-2023-0001 Southridge No. 3: Variance request for a
one-foot reduction of the required five-foot interior side setback
on the east side of Lot 10, Block 8 in Southridge Subdivision
Phase 3,due to a staking error which resulted in the home be-
ing constructed one-foot within the five-foot side yard setback
on 0.177 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district.Additionally,a
request to Vacate utility easements within one-foot of the five-
foot side yard easement setback on the east side of the subject
property is also included under H-2023-0015, located at 1938
W.Henry's Fork Drive.Applicant:Engineering Solutions,LLP.

ridge Subdivision Phase 3,due to a staking error which result-
