Napoli Subdivision
Good morning.
I have recently been informed that the Napoli Subdivision project developed by Frank and Connie
Stauts will be heard/reviewed on Tuesday, July 18, 2006.
Having not seen the actual development plans, I am at a disadvantage making direct comments
about the subdivision, however, I would like to ask the City of Meridian to ensure that the transitional
plans for the area include keeping appearances of developments/subdivisions and density in
keeping with the style approved for Kingsbridge and Dartmoor.
My husband, Bill, and I (Shari) own 20 acres at the end of Zaldia Lane -- our address is 4200 South
Eagle Road. Our plans include developing our own property in the fairly near future. Because we
intend to maintain our personal residence within that development, and because we would like the
development to be in keeping with the neighborhood and Kingsbridge, we intend to limit the lots to
32 for the 20 acres and include in the CC&R's a high-end community, of even higher values than
Kingsbridge. . . approaching Two Rivers in Eagle. We are hoping this creates a trend for the entire
area as we would like Meridian to have a "bedroom community" and a upperscale section to boast.
We'd like to contribute to such an effort.
That in mind, we are actually for a subdivision for Napoli, and elsewhere in the vicinity, we would
simply ask the City to keep densities low and/or reasonable to transition to an upper-scale feeling
and appearance.
