Two comments on the above subject hearing:
1. A high density apartment complex three stories high in proximity to an R-4 zoned subdivision without adequate
transition seems inappropriate.
2. A major access to this complex will be the extension of N Centrepoint Way connecting to E Wainwright Drive in
the future. There does not appear to be adequate right-of-way for the extension of this collector road
maintaining the standards that it has south to E Ustick Road. As a homeowner on the east side of Brooksburg
Place, we are interested in an attractive landscape buffer, concrete block wall and sidewalk between the back of
our property and the extension of this connector. If this is not feasible we must ask for your disapproval of this
project.
