Canning: Councilmember Borton, other members of the Council -- Borton: Fourteen and fifteen. Excuse me. Well, 15 is a variance. Thirteen and fourteen. Fifteen is a variance and needs to be taken up separately. We can hold the Public Hearing, but you can't discuss it. Bird: You're right. Canning: It would be -- sometimes we do not open the variance when there is a Councilmember that wants to recuse himself from that discussion, but, generally, the variance applications -- Borton: Open the Public Hearing on Items 13, 14 and 15.
