Re: Delano Apartments/Alpine Point Subdivisions
To Whom it May Concern:
We are residents of Alpine Point and have both lived here for a number of years. The
members of our community who have chosen to manage and maintain our neighborhood take
the utmost care in making sure our community is safe and well maintained.
When we moved here, we were very impressed with Alpine Pointe. Everyone takes great pride
in making sure this community is friendly, safe and most of all, we care for the well-being of our
neighbors.
If the latest Delano Apartments project is approved, our subdivision would be significantly
affected by the increased traffic navigating through Alpine Pointe to access Eagle Road or
McMillan more easily, and would certainly affect the safety of all of our residents. We
personally don’t believe that any corporation(s) that are building homes adjacent to Alpine
Pointe, should be able to infringe on our community.
Additionally, and of utmost concern, we do not believe that residents from another subdivision
would abide by the milage signs posted throughout Alpine Pointe which could impact the safety
of the children and all the homeowners.
I hope you understand that the outcome of this matter is extremely important to all the
residents of Alpine Pointe.
