The density is too extreme for the area and not in character with the surrounding areas. Two existing subdivisions adjoining are five acre and ten plus acres. Even the new Kingsbridge subdivision has larger lots. We would like to see one-half to three-quarters acre lots. 2.. With such a high denisity with small lots, the completed subdivision will be full of small, lower value homes. This, too.ldoes not fit the surrounding area. As planned, this subdivision will only detract and lower the values of the existing area. We reside at 4617 S. Martinel Lane, Meridian, ill. This is located in Martinel Subdivision (each ten plus acres) adjoining the south side of the proposed Napoli Subdivision. Our mailing address is listed above. Please include us in all notices and mailings concerning this proposed subdivision. We will be out of town on 6-15, the date of the first hearing, but wish this letter go on record against the subdivision at this time. We know growth and change will exist, but feel that as currently proposed this subdivision is not acceptable.
