I would like to comment on the proposed subdivision of 10 acres into 29 residential lots
off of Eagle Rd. just North of Amity and sharing a partial border with my land. I would
like to see the reqirement that any lots sharing borders with large lots over two acres be
disallowed from building houses higher than one story. This would ease the transition
from farmland to dense houseing and make it more acceptable to owners like myself who
located here espressly to enjoy the open spaces.
I will be at Thursdays meeting to restate my desires.
