Penngrove Way, Ste. 100 Meridian, ID 83646 SAGECREEK SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY GROUNDWATER REPORT The project is a commercial-use project. Sagecreek Subdivision is a replat of Lot 4 Block 2 of Swindell Subdivision. This project is approximately 0.92 acres located east of S. Labrador Way north of E.Overland Road with the address of 1554 S.Labrador Way. Site Consulting, LLC completed a geotechnical engineering report for the Swindell Property in January 2016. No significant changes are expected from the original 2016 Swindell Subdivision geotechnical report. No groundwater was encountered with test hole excavated to 12.5 feet and deeper during the original exploration. There does not appear to be an issue with groundwater at this location. Groundwater is estimated at greater than 12.5 feet within the proposed development. All street centerline and parking lot grades will be greater than 3 feet above groundwater.
