NARRATIVE
SAGECREEK SUBDIVISION
SHORT PLAT
This is a request to subdivide parcel R8257510090 into two lots with the address of 1554 S
Labrador Way, Meridian, ID 83642. This parcel is a part of the Swindell Subdivision. It is in a
current commercial zone of C-C.
Currently the parcel contains an existing office building. Once subdivided the remaining lot will
accommodate future office/commercial use.
Pre-application meeting was held 10/18/2022. Staff recommended that a cross access agreement
should be added to the plats. This was done. Also recommended, any future building on the
proposed new lot can not be greater than 3,800 square feet in order to keep within parking
requirements.
The developer will conform to the City’s requirements of the Unified Development Code and
conform to the accepted engineering, architectural, surveying and local standards.
