The name Sagecreek Subdivision that was reserved for this project by Mason &Associates on
10/5/2022 could be changed, and the name would be acceptable if a Permission to Use Subdivision
Name was recorded from the original developer in 2018 (Volante Investments LLLP, Ronald W. Van
Auker, General Partner), granting the signer of the phase 2 plat (appears to be Soo Young Properties
LLC)the use of the name Swindell Subdivision, as is required by Idaho Code 50-1307.
Examples of the Permission document can be requested if you need them. Once the document is
recorded, I can process the request.

division of one lot. City of Meridian suggested I request to use Swindell Subdivision No. 2 as it is part
of the Swindell Subdivision, but they did not know if that would be acceptable. Thank you.
