DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land being all of Lot 4 Block 2 of Swindell Subdivision recorded in Book 113 at Pages
16506-16510 in the office of the Ada County Recorder’s situated a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 18,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County Idaho, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the SE1/4, lying N 89 43’ 04” E., 2649.16 feet from the
southwest corner of the SE1/4;
Thence S 89 43’ 04” W., 420.39 feet along the south boundary of the SE1/4;
Thence N 00 16’ 56” W., 48.04 feet perpendicular to the south boundary of the SE1/4 to the southeast
corner of Lot 4, monumented with a found 5/8” iron pin and plastic cap marked PLS 11120, said corner
being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the southerly, westerly, northerly, & easterly boundary of Lot 4 the following courses and
distances;
Thence S 89 43’ 04” W., 137.62 feet to a found bent 1/2” iron pin reset with a 5/8” iron pin and plastic
cap PLS 9366;
Thence N 52 59’ 51” W., 27.19 feet to a found bent 1/2” iron pin reset with 5/8” iron pin and plastic
cap PLS 9366, and being the beginning of a non-tangent curve left;

Thence a distance of 105.82 feet along the curve left, having a radius of 227.00 feet, a central angle of
26 42’ 30”, the long chord of which bears N 15 20’ 46” W., 104.86 feet to a found 1/2” iron pin with
plastic cap marked PLS 7881, reset with a 5/8” iron pin and plastic cap PLS 9366;
Thence N 28 42’ 00” W., 111.74 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 4 monumented with a found 1/2”
iron pin with plastic cap marked PLS 7881, reset with a 5/8” iron pin and plastic cap PLS 9366;
Thence N 89 43’ 04” E., 239.68 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 4, said corner witness with a 5/8”
iron pin and plastic cap PLS 9366 lying S 00 16’ 56” E., 5.00 feet from said corner;
Thence S 00 16’ 56” E., 216.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 0.928 acres, more or less.
