Per your request I have reviewf;d the revised p_reliminary plat The prelimiJ18IY plat has been revised
to have 3.59 ac{eS, 9.3% open space and 2.01 acres ofuseable ope.n spacewhicb is 5.2%.
The increase in open space has occurred along the W. Seadrift Drive. The common loti along this
road are lot 9 block. 5, lot 9 block 4 and lot 9 block 3. The park area was also increa.~ in sized. Lot
11 block 6 was also shown on the preliminary plat as oo.rnmon area.
Per the revised preliminaQ' plat this proje(;t contains the required SOlo open spaco for the overcill
project.
