1. 202202449-ZC-DA-CU-MSP, T-O ENGINEERS: Zone Change from Rural-Urban
Transition (RUT) District to Neighborhood Commercial (C1) District, a Development
Agreement, Conditional Use and Master Site Plan for a new fuel station and convenience store.
The property is located at the southeast corner of Ten Mile and Amity Rd (parcel S1235223220)
and contains 6.3 acres; Section 35, T.3N, R.1W.
