This property is currently located in Ada County at designation of RUT zoning and is adjacent to the city limits on the south property line. It is also adjacent to an approved annexation on the southerly property line. The comprehensive plan designation for this property is Mix Use. Mix Use area allow for high density residential uses as approval on the corner of Locust Grove and Franklin and for light industrial and commercial uses that are compatible with existing residential uses.
