It is one of the Nation's largest private accredited Universities, and its prestigious name and services will be an asset to the City of Meridian and the Treasure Valley. For more information, please visit their website at www. phoenix,edu. 2) The University of Phoenix enrolls working professional individuals age 22 and older. It offers numerous Bachelor's and Master's Degrees for Business, Technology, Education, and Health Care. All students must be fully employed, and classes are typically 18 students or less. 3) Classes will typically be held between 6 and 10 pm on weeknights. Accordingly, traffic impacts will be less than those of an office use because most trips will be generated at off-peak times. There will not be any external negative or detrimental effects created by the University of Phoenix's use of the premises. 4) Throughout the Country, all classes are held in an office setting.
