FACTS & FINDING
1 Deerhorn No. 3 is a 51 -lot Residential subdivision on 13.36 -acres. This site is
located Northwest corner of Deerflat Road and Linder Road.
2. The preliminary plat was approved on January 20, 1999. All conditions of the preliminary
plat has been satisfied.
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Approve the final plat of Deerhorne No. 3 and authorize the President to endorse.
