After project #201802017-ZC-DA-OTD was approved it was discovered that there was an error in the legal description for the zoning ordinance map amendment. A new corrected legal description has been submitted. The application is being brought back in front of the Board of Ada County Commissioners for them to adopt the new corrected legal description. The property is located at 1600 & 1880 N Black Cat Rd and contains 13.0 acres; Section 15, T.2N, R.1W.
