Dear Neighbor:
We are in the process of submitting an application to the City of Meridian for Conditional
Use Permit with respect to a 6.378 acre project located at 1044 S Silverstone Way,
Meridian Idaho (Parcel number R7555000285). The neighborhood meeting is for
informational purposes only. During the meeting we will describe the proposed project
and answer any questions you may have. The meeting is not a public hearing before a
governing body of the City. Instead, the meeting is a pre-hearing requirement, and the
City does not have the formal application yet. Once our application has been submitted
and processed, the City will schedule a public hearing, and you will receive notice of the
public hearing date via postal mail, newspaper publication, and/or public hearing signage
on the project site.
Date: Tuesday, January 17, 2022
Time: 6 pm — 7 pm
Location: 1044 S Silverstone Way, Meridian ID 83642 (Southeast corner of Top
Golfs nets)
Project Description: The property owner intends to apply for a Conditioaal Use
Permiet to add an additional story to the already approve building.
