We are Evelyn Joens and Albert Joens and own property at 6500 North Oakstone in the
Fairbourne Subdivision. The rear of our property faces the Modern Craftsman project across
Black Cat.
We are writing in support of the request by Baron Properties to modify their original
agreement and build a single story commercial building in lieu of the two story building
required in the original agreement.
It seems to us that a single story building is much more in keeping with the overall feel and
presentation of the project and will be a better fit with the surrounding neighborhoods.
Please consider these written comments in lieu of a personal appearance at the City
Council meeting on Tuesday January 17, 2023.
