Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Me-
ridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,January 3,2023 at
6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2022-0071 Jennie's Retail: Development Agreement
Modification to the existing agreement(DA Inst.#104027941)
for the purpose of removing an existing provision of the DA to
allow uses in line with the existing zoning district instead of re-
quiring a Conditional Use Permit for all future uses as currently
required, located at 2365 E. Fairview Ave., near the half mile
mark between N.Eagle Rd.and N.Locust Grove Rd.Applicant:
