Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) appreciates this opportunity to provide comments in regard to Jennie' s Retail
located 2365 E Fairview Avenue, Meridian , Idaho . The application is for a Development Agreement ( DA) Modification
to allow uses instead of requiring a Conditional Use Permit for the uses .
1 . This project does not abut a State Highway .
