Amendment, Zone Change, Development Agreement, Conditional Use and Master Site Plan
for a 310-unit recreational vehicle park. The land use is proposed to be changed from
Rangeland to Commercial and the zoning is proposed to be changed from Rural Preservation
(RP) to Neighborhood Commercial (C1). The property is located at 7680 W Vallejo Rd and
