CITY CLERKS OFFICE,; Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has issued its approval letter, dated 6 September 2022 for this project with plans dated 24 January 2022 and landscape plans dated 2 September 2022. Providing there are no changes to these plans or what has been authorized in this approval letter, NMID will have no further comment. However, if changes have been made we will require a Land Use Change Application and full review of its plans. The Districts Ten Mile Drain courses along the west boundary of this project with a minimum easement of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet (50') from centerline each side. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that ii7igation water be available to all developments within NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31- 3805.
