RE: Apartment Development Proposed at the northeast corner of McMillian and N San Vito Way Honorable Mayor and City Council Members: Please turn down proposed development of apartments for the referenced location. This undeveloped property is surrounded on three sides by quality single-family homes. People bought the nearby homes believing that the area under your review would be developed as a single family residences and away from heavy traffic areas at entrances and exits to their community that higher density housing in the local causes. It is already difficult to exit from the existing housing communities onto McMillin and Black Cat caused by the multiple apartment developments and multi-units already being built on Black Cat. Building additional multi-units as proposed by the developers petitioning you will only worsen the impact on the existing communities. Thank you for considering our concerns, Edy Gautschy Resident of Bridgetower West
