Subject:Reject the Bridgetower Multi-Family CUP CR-2022-0006 application
External Sender - Please use caution with links or attachments.
Dear Counsel,
Please consider denying the application to build a Multi Family Complex
“Multi-Family CUP CR-2022-0006 application”
1. We have obsolete data pertaining to traffic. High density house will create more
congestion, potential grid lock, higher commute times, and a greater safety risk to cyclists,
and pedestrians.
2. Local Schools are at capacity with no relief in site.
3. We already have many, with more currently under construction multi family dwellings.
4. We don’t want to create a transient population of renters that don’t consider Meridian a
permanent home, therefore have no stake in the community and community pride.
5. Statistics show more call for Service, Police, and Fire to these types of dwellings.
Please consider, the current home owners, home owner property values, community
aesthetics, quality of life, and rapid population growth to our community.
Respectfully,
Gabriel and Teresa Astorga
