1. The adjacent area roads are not supporting the ample growth and density. McMillan
Road is still only two lanes.
2. The nearby Schools appears already over crowded and ample area residential lots are
not yet built upon.
3. No crosswalks are in place on Black Cat Rd just one block from a 2 year New Elementary
school. Yet another example of poor design and planning.
