Please deny the application for apartments to be built in our
neighborhood. McMillan is a two lane road that is already
overwhelmed with traffic coming from new developments at Black
Cat and further west, and more development has been approved for
the south east corner of Black Cat and McMillan. During rush hour
it’s already difficult to access McMillan from our neighborhood, and
we have school bus routes that would be adversely affected by new
traffic as well. Apartments would also decrease our property values,
there is no upside to allow these proposed building permits. I
strongly encourage you to vote against them!
