Please carefully consider the drawbacks of approving the apartments on McMillan by Walmart.
This project will not help fill the gap of affordable housing.
This project will be a considerable hazard to children crossing to go to school and come back home.
The traffic study is grossly understated.
I live in Bridgetower West . I have been here a little less than 2 years and traffic has noticeably increased .
I have been checking on apartment availability in our general vicinity and there is an abundance of availability .
There are several permitted apartment projects being built or about to begin construction.
The current owners are concerned about what this project might do to quality of life and property value to our
neighborhood Schools in our immediate area are already at capacity.
