Meridian City Council,
I am a resident and home owner in the Bridgetower West community. I’m requesting that you deny the application for
apartments in the lot bordering our subdivision.
There has been this push to add an insane amount of apartments in this city and now we are being surrounded by them.
There is a complex that is almost complete on the north side of us next to Costco. Another complex just west of us
across black cat that is almost complete and more going up just west of The Oaks North.
Our home values will drop and crime will rise.
We spent a lot of money on our home and this is going to change things for us.
The traffic and amount of people stuffed into this area is going to cause more accidents and congestion. The design of
this complex wants to allow the apartment traffic to feed right into our neighborhood. We have many children that
walk to and from school and it’s going to become dangerous for them.
Please listen to the citizens of this city and not some developer who is just looking to make more money. You’re
supposed to be our voice so please make sure you’re listening
