Subject:Reject the Bridgetower Multi-Family CUP CR-2022-0006 application

Hi,
We reside in Bainbridge subdivision and are highly concerned about the proposed Bridgetower multi-
family build next to Walmart for several reasons.
We participated in the initial hearing and listened to the concerns of our neighbors. We were impressed
with the informal traffic pattern studies conducted by residents as they matched what we have
experienced turning left onto McMillen from the neighborhood at various times during the day. We walk
and bike regularly throughout the surrounding neighborhoods and know there would be a negative traffic
impact on Gondola which would be used as a short-cut if the build is approved. We have noticed more
trash on the street and in the landscaping in the past two years from the builds off of Black Cat and
know that trash will find its way into the neighborhoods bordering this proposed development.
We feel that reasons for the initial rejection of this application are still present and very sound. After
viewing the developer's proposed plans for this build, we are not convinced that there has been a
thoughtful approach
regarding added value to the existing neighborhoods. We definitely support the concept of new
neighbors, however, the space beside Walmart is too small to house the number of families the
developer has envisioned.
Please reject this proposal at the upcoming hearing.
Respectfully,
B ruce Rob ert Croffy
