I wish to express my concern regarding the building of the apartments being proposed on McMillian road next to
Walmart. I reside in the Bridge Tower development which is composed of single family dwellings. Our neighborhood is
well maintained a a good source of property tax income for our community which supports our local services. My
concerns are directed at the increased crime and traffic which will be a factor of apartment development as well as
increased needs in our local schools for teaching staff and support. The large increase in transient residents will also put
additional demands on our local law enforcement and police departments. The building of these apartments will also
highly affect the value our homes which also affects the taxation rates for future local services improvement. Please
stop the building of these apartments. The entire Bridge Tower community would greatly appreciate your
support. Thank you.
