I am writing this email to oppose the development of apartments on McMillian road next to
Walmart. This development would result in a large uptick of traffic and safety concerns for
kids crossing McMillian to Pleasantview Elementary. We have many new apartments that
have been developed around Costco and the Ten Mile interchange. The city needs to
regulate the amount of apartment developments in a given area.
