I live in the area of this project. I am AGAINST this project.
It will cause tremendous impact to the student count at the local elementary (Pleasant View
Elementary).
It will also cause major traffic congestion in the neighborhood with such an influx of
apartment residents. McMillan is a small two-lane roadway that cannot possibly handle that
much daily traffic. There is a lot of congestion on the local roads and it would only get worse
with this project.
This apartment project could also cause a large increase of crime to the area. It is possible
that a project of this magnitude could bring undesired level of concern to the neighborhood
that could impact services to the community.
I am vehemently opposed to having this project being built in our community. I am a resent
resident to Meridian and if this project is approved, I WILL CONSIDERING RELOCATING MY
FAMILY.
