Dear Ms . Hersh,
Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) appreciates the opportunity to review Apex Northwest Subdivision located on
the northwest corner of E Lake Hazel Road and S Locust Grove Road , Star, Idaho .
A Traffic Impact Study (TIS ) was previously reviewed by ITD . A Development Conditions Memo ( Memo ) was signed on
December 28, 2021 ( see attached ) . Any necessary mitigations for traffic impacts that were identified by the TIS or the
Memo is the responsibility of the applicant to construct .
ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon submittal of any new documents .

Thank you for providingthe Idaho Transportation Department(ITD)the reviewed the Traffic Impact Studyfor the Apex
West Development dated November2021 to review.We have completed ourreview.As the connection to Quartz
Creek and SH-69 will not be made with this development,ITD does not have objection to the development norare
requiring any mitigation improvements as long as the development does not exceed the numberof anticipated site
trips identified in the TIS.
