Re : Lost Rapids West Subdivision
Dear Ms . Allen ,
Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) has received notification for Lost Rapids West Subdivision located on the south
side of State Highway 44/Chinden Blvd . and approximately 971' west of North Ten Mile Road , Meridian, Idaho .
Future development of this parcel may require a submittal of trip generations to ITD, and could necessitate a Traffic
Impact Study (TIS ) . This will be determined when the land use is established .
No direct access to the State Highway system is requested with this application and none is approved . Applicant must
apply for and receive an approved right- of-way use permit prior to doing any work or activity within the highway right-
of-way . Please have the applicant contact Shona Tonkin at ( 208 ) 334- 8341 for this permit .
ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the specific land uses or other documents .
