CITY OF MERIDIAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Idaho Development Impact Fee Act and the
Meridian City Code, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a combined public
hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, concerning proposed amendments to the City of Meridian’s Capital
Improvements Plan and a proposed ordinance amending the City of Meridian’s development
impact fees. Further information is available from the Finance Department at Meridian City Hall,
33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho. Proposed land use assumptions and a copy of the
Capital Improvements Plan are available upon request. Any and all interested persons shall have
the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence regarding the proposed
amendments. Written testimony is welcome and must be submitted to the City Clerk. All testimony
and materials presented shall become property of the City of Meridian. For auditory, visual, or

at comment@meridiancity.org at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing. Proposed development

For a building with more than one dwelling unit, the floor area per individual dwelling unit shall be
calculated by dividing the total climate-controlled floor area of the building, less ancillary building
space, by the total number of dwelling units in the building. Ancillary floor area includes community
rooms, fitness centers, management offices, and maintenance areas.
