All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Districts Milk Lateral courses through this property. The districts easement for the Milk Late►•al at this location is a minimum of thirty feet (30') total, fifteen feet (15') from centerline each side. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before construction is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
