There are no Boise Project or Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District facilities located on the above -
mentioned property, including local community irrigation ditches, however it does in fact possess
a valid water right.
Per Idaho State Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order
to serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate
easement by the developer and the contractors.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
