NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m.on Thursday,January 5,2017 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0128 by M3 ((primary_owner»
Companies,LLC for a request for a rezone of a portion of property
from R-2(10.17 acres), R-8(33.84 acres)R-15(.24 acres)to R-4 «mailing_address»
(44.26 acres)and rezone C-C(.27 acres)and R-15(154 square
feet)to R-8(.3 acres)and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 161 «mailing_city_state_zip»
building lots and 15 common lots on 61.64 acres of land in a
proposed R-4 and R-8 zoning districts for Tree Farm Subdivision
